Alice and Jono’s wedding really does look like the perfect day. When couples contact me for their cake, the details always seem a little sketchy so it’s not always easy to visualise it all coming together and everything being complementary. I didn’t meet the couple who live in London, we worked solely via email so it was absolutely lovely to see the vision for their day come together when I arrived at Alice’s parents place in Staffordshire. This is the first time that I have worked on a wedding in a yurt too! Alice’s glam Made with Love Bridal gown, the beautiful flowers by Emily Wisher and the amazing variety of food by Kemp & Kemp and Street Kitchen Brothers are real stand-outs for me. Every wedding really is a personal affair reflecting the couple’s personal style but once the day is over, it’s the photography that tells the story of the day and HBA Photography who have been photographing weddings since 2008 certainly have a great eye and have captured Alice and Jono’s day beautifully. Alice and Jono look like a match made in heaven, I’m so happy that my work was a part of their big day and wish them many years of happiness together.
