George and Kasia were really easy to work with as they knew exactly what they wanted.  The brief was a naked cake filled with buttercream and jam, decorated with fresh seasonal fruit and dusted with icing sugar.  The wedding was to be a relaxed picnic style day at Goosedale - the venue with the views.
